...and Movifácil presents cellphone wallet in Costa Rica

A Costa Rican company, Movifácil, announced the launch in San José of a payments system for cellphone users.

The idea is to spread the system throughout Costa Rica and eventually Central Åmerica.

The service is being launched as Costa Rica’s state monopoly in cellphones is about to be broken by América Móvil’s Claro and Telefónica’s Movistar.
