$1.1 billion set as this year's target by El Salvador builders

El Salvador’s building industry has set a $1.1 bilion target for this year’s projects, according to the industry chamber, Casalco. Private sector projects are expected to account for a little more than half of the total.

Highways and public works in general form the overwhleming majority of the public-sector projects.
