Joe Mohan, Copa Airlines' vice president of commercial and planning, credits divine intervention for the Panamanian carrier's success.\
\
'God put us in a perfect place to connect North and South America and the Caribbean,' Mohan said. ''We've taken advantage of being in the perfectly located place.'' The Panama City-based carrier has created a strong regional airline hub by connecting passengers who want to travel across Latin America, said Daniel Crocker, a commercial officer with the US Embassy in Panama.\
