Thursday, March 1, 2012

Around 68 international companies have transferred their head offices to Panama, after the country enacted Law 41.

Law 41 offers a series of incentives to companies that wish to transfer their head offices. About 100 companies are expected to register in Panama this year, according to the Panamanian trade minister, Ricardo Quijano.

Among the companies who have requested their license to transfer are Otis, SABMiller, Ericsson, Nestlé, Adidas and Hyosung Corporation.
