Aegis contracts 400 bilingual staff as new call center opens in Costa Rica. Company has 50 operations in 12 countries

Aegis Costa Rica has substantially increased its presence in Costa Rica by opening a new operational center in San José.

Some 400 new bilingual staff are being hired, all of them with experience in client services. The new employees will help in call-center duties in areas such as health, finance, trade and travel.

India-based Aegis has more than 150 clients and a workforce of 50,000 in 12 countries.
