Aegis expands in Costa Rica with 900-seat call center
Aegis Limited, a global outsourcing services provider, announced yesterday that it is expanding its operations in Costa Rica by opening a 900-seat call center in San José.
"Costa Rica has played a vital part in our success. Aegis began operations in Costa Rica in 2006 and today we have nearly 900 employees," said Sandip Sen, the company's president of global customer lifecycle management.
The Costa Rican offices serve United States-based clients in healthcare, banking, travel and hospitality, retail and technology.
