Aeroman opens El Salvador aeronautical engineering hub

El Salvador-based Aeroman, which provides aviation maintenance services, is going to develop an engineering center for regional airlines.

"Right now we provide airplane maintenance, but as part of that we have developed other associated skills," said Roberto Kriete, the company chief.

Aeroman will this year open a sixth hangar, providing the company with 40 simultaneous production lines and able to service the Boeing 777 airlines that are due to be launched commercially in 2020.
