AES aims to invest $28 million this year in El Salvador

Global energy company AES announced it will invest a little more than $28 million in El Salvador this year.
The money will be used in improvement and expansion projects to the distribution service, rural projects, IT, transport, infrastructure and social projects.
AES created 1,700 direct jobs last year, most of them in the improvement projects, and this year the company hopes to create 1,900 jobs.
