Airlines eye Costa Rica's Liberia potential

Four airlines are showing interest in adding flights to Costa Rica's Daniel Oduber airport in Liberia, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

Avianca, Delta, American and United Airlines have all seen the potential in that terminal, as more tourists find its placement more convenient and closer for the popular Guanacaste beaches than the San José airport.

Liberia also has a varied hotel offer, among which are large chains such as Four Seasons, Hilton Garden Inn, Westin and Mangroove.
