Al Gore insists that solar and wind power must be first choice for Central America
Noble Peace Prize winners, former US vice-president, Al Gore and former Costa Rica's president, Oscar Arias, met to discuss environmental issues and the nuclear emergency in Japan.
The two, during the meeting agreed that the world must turn to alternative energy.
Gore said that for countries like Costa Rica and the rest of Central America, "solar and wind power should be the first choice".
