Alba Petróleos to open new oil storage facility in El Salvador tomorrow

El Salvador’s Alba Petróleos, a unit of Venezuela’s state oil company PdVSA, announced that it will open a major storage facility.
The new plant will have a 350,000 barrels capacity, claimed to be the largest in Central America. The investment is $120 million.
It remains uncertain whether the Venezuelan president Hugo Chávez, will attend the inauguration.
