Alba to open 17 new gasoline stations in El Salvador

The Venezuelan-controlled Alba Petróleos chain of service stations is adding 17 more, said the company's representative, Julio Villagrán.

Though the management of the company's finances remains somewhat mysterious. Nor is it clear what the relationship will be with the Venezuelan-led Petrocaribe pact.
