Almost nobody believes in Costa Rica road plans

Over the coming year almost no progress is likely in the development of Costa Rica’s transport projects, according to an opinion poll published by the newspaper La República.

The skepticism is greatest over the plan for an electric railway. More than half of those polled were convinced the plan would never be realised.
