Australia’s Aconex digs in for Panama Canal on communications and telecoms

Aconex, the world's largest provider of information and communications systems to the engineering and construction industries, has won a big contract to provide communications services to the consortium expanding the capacity of the Panama Canal.
"It is very exciting to be involved with a high-profile project such as this," said chief executive Leigh Jasper of Aconex, based in Melbourne, Australia.
"The Panama Canal expansion is one of the largest and most important civil engineering works ever undertaken and so we are proud to be supporting its delivery,'' Jasper said.
