Avianca grew 7 percent in passenger traffic

Colombian airline Avianca reported 7.3 percent year-on-year increase in passenger traffic in July.

The company attributed the growth to a steady demand of flights to Peru, Ecuador and Colombia.

In the first half of the year, the airline moved 14 million passengers, an increase of 9 percent compared to the same period last year.
