Avianca-Taca promotes low-fare travel plan for region

The tourism ministries of Central America and Avianca-Taca airline, agreed to promote tourism in the region by launching all-inclusive holiday packages.
The plan also includes establishing a maximum air tariff of $229 to travel to and from any Central American country.
The plan will cost $410,000 to public and private institutions and will allow air-fare discounts of up to 40 percent.
