Azerbaijan and Honduras seek closer ties

Azerbaijan and Honduras discussed the issues of mutual interest as Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received a delegation led by Honduran Foreign Minister Mireya Agüero de Corrales on Wednesday.

During the meeting, President Aliyev noted that the two countries had established partnership relations in a short period of time, and expressed satisfaction with the development of bilateral relations.

Azerbaijan's Economy and Industry Minister Shahin Mustafayev emphasized the importance of creating a legal and economic framework for the expansion of relations between the countries, adding that there are great opportunities for cooperation in the fields of agriculture.
