BAC leads Panama's credit card sector

Colombia's BAC International Bank is the leader in Panama's credit card market.

BAC accounts for 21.7 percent of the total $1.35 billion in credit cards in the country, according to bank authority.

In second place is Citibank with $250 million, followed by Banco General with $218 million.
