Bellhaven Copper & Gold announces $5 million private placement

Canada’s Bellhaven Copper & Gold has entered into an agreement with Dundee Securities whereby Dundee has agreed to purchase a $5 million private placement.
The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for the advancement of La Mina and Pitaloza projects, exploration and general corporate purposes.
Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about May 19.
