Besieged Honduran leader yields to demands

Honduras' besieged president has signaled his willingness to consider an opposition demand for formation of an international commission to root out government corruption similar to one established in neighboring Guatemala.

President Juan Orlando Hernández said that the time had come to install a culture of transparency with international support.
