Better environment would boost business

The goal of making a carbon neutral Costa Rica would create big opportunities for business and benefits for the community if the necessary changes can be achieved, cinlduing sales of “green” cars and a much improved public transport system.

Electricity would be generated mainly by solar and geothermal power. But can the goal really be achieved?
