Spain's Nyesa Valores Corporación is signing a credit for $330 million, to begin construction of La Roca project on  Costa Ric's Pacific coast.

La Roca, expected to cost around $632 million, will be the first phase of a megaproject involving total investment of $1.6 billion, with several top-level hotels, and recreational activities, which include championship golf courses.

Nyesa, based in Zaragoza, focuses on property development and property in the hospitality industry, as well as offices, nursing homes, shopping centers, and industrial and logistics projects. The company's assets are mainly in Spain, although it also has significant operations in the Americas and Europe.
