Black Friday becomes a tradition in Costa Rica

“Black Friday” has officially become a new tradition in Costa Rica, as retailers in the country are now trying to do their best to compete with the prices from retailers outside the country and on the Internet.

Retailers agree that due to the success they’ve had in recent years, it is time to better prepare and offer even more competitive pricing discounts this year.

Last year, over 186,000 people visited Multiplaza in Escazu and Curridabat for Black Friday.
