Over the next five years the Colombian capital Bogotá faces an oversupply of office space, according to real estate specialist firm Colliers International.
The key is to evaluate where there are more projects, in order to identify less saturated areas.
Colliers highlighted the cities of Cali, Barranquilla, Medellín and Bucaramanga as less saturated areas with good diversity in terms of office, housing and commercial infrastructure.
