Bogotá mini-summit with Santos, Chinchilla and Lobo

In what is likely to be mini-summit, President Juan Manuel Santos will be the host of a meeting in Bogotá with the leaders of Costa Rica, Laura Chinchilla, and Honduras, Porfirio Lobo.

The meeting is to mark the 121st anniversary of Colombia's national police force.

But the agenda for the talks is sure to include trade.
