Britain to send trade mission to Panama. Booming economy and big infrastructure projects are lures for investors

A British trade mission to Panama will be the first of its kind launched by travel and conference management specialists CT Group Travel.

The visit, to be held in March, will have the full support of the the British Embassy and the Embassy of Panama in London.

Panama’s economy has boomed in recent years with an average growth rate of 8%, which has largely been fueled by the expansion of the Panama Canal and extensive infrastructure projects.

The UK is the second largest investor in the country.
