Buenaventura handles 13 percent more cargo

The Colombian port of Buenaventura, on the Pacific coast, handled 13 percent more cargo in the first half of this year, compared with the same period last year, the port's authority said.
The figure represents 5.20 million tons of cargo.
The authority added that it was one of the best semesters for the port in recent years.
