Burger King continues plans for Costa Rica growth

Burger King Costa Rica this week announced plans to open a new restaurant in San Rafael de Escazú, as the company, which scaled way back a couple of years ago, begins to make a comeback in Costa Rica.

Last year, Burger King reported it had 15,738 outlets in 100 countries; about half are in the United States. The Escazú location should be ready for opening within about two months.
