Business leaders in protest over El Salvador minimum wage

An increase in El Salvador’s minimum wage has caused anger among business leaders, who say they were never consulted about the measure.

Camtex, which represents textile and apparel plants, reckons that as many as 10,000 jobs could be lost to the country because of the increase, which amounts to $300.
