Cable TV companies make the break to telephony in Costa Rican triple play

Three cable TV companies have spotted dprofitable market niches in the newly opened telecoms market of Costa Rica.

Amnet, Cabletica and Telecable are locked in a battle for the capital’s consumers.

In the coming months, however, they aim to offer triple-play services of TV, telephony and Internet.
