Cable TV firms head to the hills in Costa Rica

Cable TV operators in Costa Rica that have traditionally aimed at big cities, are now focusing in taking satellite TV services to rural areas, local paper La República reported.
Claro, part of Mexico's América Móvil, and Sky are now making efforts to expand their businesses outside of the capital city of San José.
Estimates have shown that 50 percent of the population of Costa Rica have no access to cable TV services.
