The Development Bank of Latin America, CAF, said it will continue to finance the Panama Metro transport system expansion project.
The bank has already given $600 million of the $1.8 billion required for Line 1 of the system.
"CAF will continue to support the development of lines 2 and 3 of Panama's Metro, through a $1 million non-refundable financing that will go towards technical studies," the bank said.
