Calidad Inmobiliaria opens $45 million Avante tower

The architecturally innovative Avante office tower was opened in the Santa Elena area of Antiguo Cuscatlán in El Salvador. Some 85 percent of the building is already occupied.

The investment amounted to $45 million, said the Guatemalan company Calidad Inmobiliaria, the tower’s owner.

Each level of the tower will have some 1,500 square meters and have about 250 work stations.
