Call centers to grow in Honduras

Business leaders in Honduras are forecasting an expansion in the country's call center sector, particularly in Tegucigalpa.

"Call centers will continue to grow, not only for calls, but also for technicians to develop software and other solutions," said Jesús Canahuati, a Honduran manufacturing sector leader.

Canahuati said Grupo Karims, which operates Altia Business Park in San Pedro Sula, is planning the construction of another similar operation in Tegucigalpa.
