An exchange now provides 4,000 properties in Costa Rica. The plan is to improve it, including improvements promoted by the users.
“Basically, we’re opening a social network for those who take part in the business,” said Bianca Mrazova, vice-president of the nation’s real-estate chamber, Cámara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raíces .
The chamber’s 400 members will have access to the new exchange’s data-base.
