Wednesday, December 4, 2013
Canada announced a successful conclusion of negotiations with Panama regarding an expanded air transport agreement.
The accord builds on the 2008 Canada-Panama air transport agreement by allowing for increased flight frequencies between both countries, as well as greater flexibility for code-sharing.
"Panama is a priority market under our new Global Markets Action Plan, and this expanded air agreement will help support Canadian businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises," said Canadian International Trade MInister, Ed Fast.
