Canada’s Infinito Gold lodges appeal on decision to annul Las Crucitas project

Canada’s Infinito Gold announced that its subsidiary in Costa Rica, Industrias Infinito, filed a Supreme Court appeal on a previous judgement that annulled its Las Crucitas gold mining project.

The appeal also recommended the Attorney General to investigate possible criminal action against former President Oscar Arias and other senior officials. The company strongly denies any allegation of wrongdoing throughout the project approval process in Costa Rica and will consider all legal options.
