Canada’s Infinito Gold refuses to give up in Costa Rica

Environmentalists celebrated recently when a Costa Rican court cancelled the concession to the Crucitas mine.
But the legal battle will continue. Industrias Infinito, a unit of Canada’s Infinito Gold, will appeal the verdict.
Business leaders in Costa Rica claim that the verdict breaks a dangerous precedent. They claim that it will prevent potential investors from moving into a country that will not fulfill its business agreements.
