Canada's Telus doubles El Salvador workforce

Canadian call center Telus International has consolidated its operations in El Salvador where it now aims to double its staff from 2,500 to 5,000 within five years at most.

Telus El Salvador has 14 clients in the United States, Canada and English. Some 95 percent of the service is provided in English, with some French in addition.
