Canadian junior miner Alder Resources to acquire control of Nicaragua gold and copper project under deal with Calibre

\ Junior Canadian miner Alder Resources has struck an option agreement with Calibre Mining Corporation to acquire control of a copper and gold exploration property in Nicaragua.\ \ Under the deal, Alder can acquire 65 per cent of the Rosita D property by spending $4 million on exploration and issuing one million shares to Calibre over a four year period.
