Cargill to expand in Nicaragua
U.S. food processing firm Cargill announced it will invest $50 million in Nicaragua.
The investment will go towards the construction of a production plant and a distribution center.
The investment is in line with the company's expansion plan, in order to secure competitive distribution of poultry products over the next 10 years, said Alfredo Vélez, Cargill Nicaragua vice president.
