Carlos Slim loses Peru 4G tender

Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim, through his América Móvil company, lost a tender in Peru to operate fourth generation, 4G, mobile services.
The bid was won by Spain's Telefónica Móvil and Americatel.
Peru's Communications vice-minister, Raúl Pérez-Reyes, said both companies will invest some $1 billion over the next 10 years.
