Cartagena seeks to boost investment to Caribbean

The port of Cartagena, Colombia, is seeking to become a market research hub in order to boost investment to the Caribbean region, including Costa Rica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama and the Dominican Republic.

The city's chamber of commerce created 10 years ago a research center to help reach its aim.

The center offers services to companies such as training and teaching brand positioning, seeking potential customers and help finding the right market.
