Caspi International develops Genesis Puntarenas in Costa Rica with world’s largest penthouse

A huge building on Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast is expected attract the very wealthy for vacation homes and residential apartments.

The Genesis Puntarenas is being developed by Caspi International, which has been involved in several luxury projects in the United States.

Investment in Genesis Puntarenas is reckoned to be about $60 million. One penthouse in the project is said to be the largest in the world, with a $50 million price tag.
