Cement companies move into Costa Rica’s housing market. Cemex and Holcim promote projects for affordable homes

Costa Rica’s two leading cement companies are moving the housing market by backing two projects for the construction of affordable homes.
Cemex and Holcim are participating with more than just cement, but also with the introduction of new technology.
The projects they are working on are La Campiña in Cartago and Los Olivos in San Rafael de Alajuela. They have the financial backing of BAC San José and government funds.
