Central America aims for 10 million tourists a year
Central America aims for 10 million tourists a year by 2012, say the region’s tourism ministers.
The target represents a 20 percent increase on last year and earnings of $8.5 billion, up from $6.8 billion last year.
Central America received 7.9 million tourists in 2010, a 3.2 percent increase.
