Central America and Peru get down to third round of talks on free trade accord

Delegations from Central America and Peru, headed by deputy trade ministers, met in Costa Rica to hold a third round of talks on a free trade agreement.
Costa Rica hopes that this week’s round will conclude a substantial amount of chapters on regulations and market access.
Previous rounds concluded sections on competititon policy, obstacles to trade, and the resolution of disputes.
