Central America boosts sustainable tourism in ITB Berlin world travel trade show

Central America will promote sustainable tourism this week during ITB Berlin, the largest travel trade show in the world.

Given that 2012 has been declared the year of sustainable tourism, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Honduras and Nicaragua expect a high potential for growth.

Central American representatives will also hold talks with German authorities to analyze security conditions in the areas which receive the highest number of tourists.
