Central America is trail blazer for growth

While the economy of Latin America as a whole goes from bad to worse, Central America is maintaining robust growth, says Eclac, the UN Economic Commission for Latin America.

Latin America in general is forecast to register negative growth of 0.6 percent this year, Eclac says, but the countries of Central America are posting from 2.4 to 6.2 percent.
