Central America seeks justice on climate

Central American ministers agreed Friday said they back a joint position on climate change at the upcoming COP21 world summit in Paris.

The ministers said they want a “just” agreement in which wealthy countries must pay their share of the damage caused by the climate in Central America in recent years.
